"MiniMoves" lived up to their name by making my senior mom's transition seamless and personal. Francis and the movers were incredibly patient and respectful, ensuring everything was carefully wrapped and packaged. From clear communication during the initial quote to the polite and efficient delivery crew, they removed stress from the process and made her feel valued every step of the way.

We had a fantastic experience with MiniMoves! We were doing a one room move for my 95 year old mother from one assisted living in NY to another in SC. From the beginning with the inside representative, to the movers on both ends of the move, it went great! The movers were all on the early side of the pick up/delivery windows and were very helpful and courteous! We would highly recommend them for a small quantity move!

Planning a move? I recently moved cross country in an effort to not only relocate but also downsize my life in retirement. A friend recommended MiniMoves. Compared to other companies I contacted, MiniMoves were thorough in their itemized estimation of costs. The entire staff is responsive, patient and professional from beginning to end of the move. Also they were the most reasonable. Here’s to living happily ever after!

We have had several moves throughout the years but none with a great moving company like Mini Moves. They moved our daughter from MA to FL. The move was seemless. They arrived on time in MA and delivered on time in FL Not one box was missing. Not one item was broken. On top of the move, the company who was transporting her car fell through at the last minute. Mini Moves found a mover to get her car to FL on time. It was amazing! I highly recommend this moving company!

I recently had the pleasure of working with MiniMoves for my mom’s move from her long-time family home to a new condo, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service they provided. From start to finish, this company went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful transition into a seamless, joyful experience. The process began with a consultation that immediately put us at ease. The representative was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about understanding my mom’s needs. They took the time to walk through the house, assess the items, and provide a clear, fair quote with no hidden fees. Their transparency and professionalism set the tone for the entire experience. On moving day, the team arrived right on time, equipped with everything needed to handle the job with care. They treated my mom’s belongings as if they were their own, carefully wrapping fragile items like her cherished china and antique furniture. What truly stood out was their compassion and respect for my mom. Moving from a home filled with memories can be emotional, but the team was incredibly patient and kind. They listened to her stories about certain pieces of furniture and made her feel valued throughout the process. They even helped arrange her furniture in the condo exactly as she wanted, offering suggestions to maximize the space while ensuring it felt like home. The efficiency of MiniMoves was remarkable. They completed the move ahead of schedule without ever rushing, and their coordination was flawless. The truck was packed with precision, and they navigated the tight condo parking lot like pros. After the move, they followed up to ensure everything was perfect, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend MiniMoves to anyone looking for a moving company that combines professionalism, care, and heart. They made my mom’s move a delightful experience, and we’re so grateful for their outstanding service. If you want a stress-free move with a team that truly cares, look no further—this company is the best in the business!
