In his new role, Jake will support the company’s national operations by coordinating move logistics, managing service performance, and ensuring MiniMoves’ customers continue to experience the high-quality service the company is known for. In addition, Jake will concentrate on network operations and back up Richard Coy with his primary responsibilities, helping to ensure smooth operations across the organization. “Jake’s promotion reflects his strong work ethic, professionalism, and deep understanding of our operational processes,” said John Alianello, President and COO of MiniMoves, Inc. “He consistently demonstrates a commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction that aligns perfectly with MiniMoves’ values.”
