In this corporate role, Richard will oversee transportation operations across MiniMoves’ nationwide network, managing logistics performance, carrier coordination, and service execution to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. In addition, Rich will take on greater responsibility for purchasing transportation and the Customer Management System (CMS), helping to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
