Courteous staff. They were careful about the items being moved and had smart calls of where things should be while I had to leave for a moment. The office sent an extra person to expedite the move so they can go to the next job on time. No extra cost for the third person.

MiniMoves did a great job moving family bedroom furniture from Kansas City to Florida. They were personable, cared about the work they were doing, and they ran an efficient operation. When the furniture is special and it isn’t a large load, this is the way to go!

They arrived when they said they were going to and left the property clean when they were dropping off all the movers graded with a hello and introduced themselves asked where we wanted the furniture cleaned up took away all the wrapping materials definitely would recommend this company for any moving local or long-distance five star all the way.

All communication throughout the entire moving process with MiniMoves went effortlessly. What I was promised happened. The pick-up of items went without any problems, and the movers were respectful and efficient. The delivery date was very important; it happened on the date promised–no delays, no problems. The local team who delivered the items were respectful, courteous, and efficient. They protected the floors, took their shoes off to walk on carpet areas, and disposed of packaging. They even thanked us. I can honestly say having moved several times, this has been the best moving experience.

We did a partial move of furniture from CT to FL and used this company. Within a day of signing up, I received a call from a local mover that they utilize and we set up a date for pickup. A week before the move, we finalized what we were moving with our contact a Mini Moves. The day before the move, the local movers called to verify everything. On the day of the move, they were on time and took EXTREME care to wrap all our furniture. We’ve had three major moves and we have never had this kind of care. The shipment arrived two weeks after pickup – right on the schedule of  “within three weeks.” Those movers came on the day promised and on time. Not only that, they put all of our furniture in the rooms we selected and even moved a few boxes that they originally placed. We would highly recommend them!

I am beyond impressed!! MiniMoves, specifically Chava and his team, has been absolutely AMAZING!! We moved from Illinois to Indiana and they took so much stress off our hands. They came in and packed up almost everything for us. And when I say packed, I really do mean packed. I didn’t have to do much of anything. They covered and wrapped everything too so that nothing would be damaged at all during the moving process. The crew was very polite and they worked quickly and efficiently. I will 100% do service with them again!! Whether you’re moving down the street or across the country, I highly recommend this company for your moves!!

My international move from New York to Scotland was made infinitely simpler with MM Worldwide, A division of MiniMoves. Each step of the way, my move manager, Jackie, kept me informed and aware. Any time I had a question, she had an answer. She walked me through each detail and maintained a steady stream of communication. From upstate New York, where my mover, Bruna, was on time, friendly, and efficient, to Lynn, in Scotland, who coordinated all the details, I was never alone on this journey. This transcontinental move was hectic in many ways but MM Worldwide was never a concern thanks to the consistent communication and ability to walk me through each step. I will shout their praises from the rooftops and will certainly work with them again for any moves in the future.
