Minimoves is committed to maintaining the privacy of all users to our website. This Privacy Policy details the conditions which information is obtained, why it is obtained, and need for obtaining it. Most information collected, whether during the quote process or throughout the entire move process is necessary to provide an efficient transfer or your items. Throughout the site there are MiniMoves “Partners” which are separate in every way from Minimoves, consequently, their policies may vary from ours.

Privacy Policy Promise

While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service as a small load moving company, our most important asset is our customers’ trust. Keeping customer information secure, and using it only as our customers would want us to, is a top priority for all of us at MiniMoves. Here then, is our promise to our individual customers:

  1. We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share with us.
  2. We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our customers, which includes advising our customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
  3. We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
  4. We will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, or are required by law.

Information We Collect

If you submit a Quote Request for service we do not provide or cannot provide due to limited capacity, we may share your information with selected Referral Partners who may be able to provide moving services to you. If we do, we will provide you with the contact information for these Referral Partners. Although Referral Partners have agreed to protect your personally identifiable information pursuant to privacy standards which are at as least restrictive as the terms of this Privacy Policy, we do not and cannot control the use of your information after it is transmitted to the Referral Partner and cannot guarantee that the Referral Partner will not disclose, sell or use your information in a manner that you do not anticipate. You therefore must contact the Referral Partner if you have any questions or concerns regarding their use of your information.
  2. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request to provide the information you shared with us in accordance with applicable laws, rules or regulations, we will disclose your information to comply with the legal requirement.
